Typical local cuisine and a cozy restaurant open to all: our recipes start from far away, in fact they are based on local tradition, handed down by grandmothers. For this reason at the inn you can taste typical dishes created by a skilful mix of tradition and territory. Baked pasta, half-moons with boar braised, pigeon cooked in the crock, homemade pies with home-made jams.
Many dishes we serve are the fruit of our garden, our motto that distinguishes us is
“What the countryside produces, the kitchen transforms”.
We serve natural and organic fruits and vegetables, zero km products, grown and selected by us to offer flavors and emotions of another time.
Ou Restaurant is open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays. During the day, a set menu is offered, while in the evening, dinner is à la carte. On Sunday evening the inn offers, always in the wake of tradition and typicality, the possibility of tasting our special homemade pizza. Restaurant also offers roasted specialties such as goose, duck and other farmyard animals to order.
